1. To design Intermediate and Advanced level courses in Qur'anic Arabic.
2. To seek affiliation for the courses with a British University.

Bayt al-Qur'an: The House of Wisdom and Peace

This ambitious project is undoubtedly an international project. The need for Bayt al-Qur'an, the first of its kind in the west, in an international city, Birmingham, cannot be over emphasised. Out of around two million Muslims in Britain, over 120,000 live in the city of Birmingham. Bayt al-Qur'an shall cater for the needs of over twenty-five million Muslims in the West.

It will include the following units:

(a) Auditorium and lecture theatres.
(b) Library.
(c) Permanent exhibition on the Message of the Qur'an.
(d) Research core.
(e) Translation Unit.
(f) Accommodation for the visiting scholars of the world.
